Shipping Policy

Mikan Mobile has a free ship policy to whole Japan to the Data SIM cards.

To other products, there are free shipping campains and free return policy to renbtal Wi-Fi Routers.

The purchased itens will be shipped in 24h after the payment.
On Japanese holidays, there's a chance of the carrier companies do not work. So the shipment can be delayed.

Return & Exchange Policy

In case of flight cancellation or any kind of troubles related to the travel to Japan We will make full payment return if the package is not open.

The refund will be processed after the the Sim Card return to the warehouse.
